As an account on our site is only used to manage orders and product downloads, you can't create an account without purchasing something. If you buy something on our site, you'll be asked to enter an email into the checkout form. We use that email to create an account for you automatically.
If you can't remember your password anymore, you can reset it by visiting our password recovery page here. You'll need to enter your current account email into the recovery form. After just a few minutes, you'll receive an email with a link to set up a brand new password.
If you can't remember your email address anymore, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with one of your order numbers. We can use that number to check which account email is associated with it.
Once you log into your account, open the account menu (Desktop: Account icon in the header / Mobile: Hamburger menu in the header) and click on the 'Edit Account' option. You'll get redirected to your account settings which allow you to modify your password, email, and other account details easily.
There could be a few reasons why you're getting this error. The most common one is that you simply did not use that specific email address to create an account on our site. If you have multiple email addresses, we would recommend checking if the other ones work. Another more severe reason could be that you accidentally misspelled your email while creating your account. In that case, please reach out to us at email@example.com for assistance.
Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a request to delete your account. Make sure you send us your request with the same email that you use as your account email on our site. Also, note that account deletions are permanent. Once you send us your request, there is going to be no way for us to recover your account again in the future. If you purchased any products, you also lose access to those downloads forever.
